For Individuals

Independent Advocacy

I offer independent advocacy, a human-centered support role that walks alongside older adults and their families through transitions, long-term planning, and end-of-life care. Each person's needs, preferences, and decisions are kept at the center, heard, honored, and upheld across every conversation and every system. This is not case management or clinical care. It is thoughtful, experienced guidance that meets people where they are, with clear and compassionate support that inform next steps and positive outcomes.

Services are delivered in clients’ homes and through secure virtual platforms.

I do not provide medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, legal advice, or financial management services.

In limited circumstances, and only when formally appointed, I may serve as a designated Healthcare Durable Power of Attorney. In that role, I act strictly within the authority granted by the legal document and applicable state law.
