I believe in straightforward, transparent billing. This page explains what I charge, how time is tracked, and what to expect when an invoice arrives.

My Rates

All rates are confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. If your needs change mid-project, I will discuss any rate adjustments with you before they take effect.

How Time Is Tracked

• Hourly work is logged in 15-minute increments. Time is recorded from the start of active work through completion.
• The smallest billable unit is 15 minutes. That is $37.50 at the advocate rate and $25 at the assistant rate.
• Time is rounded to the nearest 15-minute increment, never up to the hour.
• Every invoice describes the work. Each line item says what was done, so you are never guessing what a charge is for.

Invoicing and Payment

• Invoices are issued by email at the end of each calendar month.
• Payment is expected within 5 business days of the invoice date. Accepted payment methods are noted on each invoice.
• Membership levels are billed monthly through the website as a subscription.
• Member discount hours appear on your invoice with a running count, so you always know how many discounted hours you have used this month.

Retainers and Project Agreements

• Monthly retainers are negotiated per client after a Wishes Workshop, and set out a monthly amount for defined availability and services.
• Project agreements include a fixed fee, a clear scope, and deliverables. Work outside the agreed scope is discussed with you before any additional charges apply.

If anything on an invoice is unclear, contact me within 5 business days of receiving it. I am always willing to review a line item and explain it. My commitment is a billing experience that feels fair, clear, and consistent.
