Refund policy

Consulting & Coaching Sessions All bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

No-Shows Sessions missed without prior notice are non-refundable.

Packages & Memberships Unused sessions within a package may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, packages are non-refundable but sessions may be rescheduled.

Digital Products & Downloads All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
